Was given two phone interviews. The first interview lasted fifteen minutes. The second interview lasted ten minutes. Both interviewers were managers I was expected to report with directly. They were concerned with both my technical experience, as well as with my academic acumen in writing detailed technical reports. Also, they showed some concern with my ability to work within a team environment. All their concerns were eased based on my previous experiences. Afterwards, I was then told to expect either an email or phone call noting the results of the interview. Two days later I was both called and emailed that I passed the interview.
