I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2012
Interview
Long. Not the interview itself, but from initial application to offer letter, took a month and a half. There's a lot of red tape. Even after I was told I got the position, it took them another 3 weeks to send me an offer letter.
Three rounds of interviews. Including HR and then two serious ones. One was with direct manager. Other with director. In general they just asked me questions about my expertise in the industry. I knew a lot about advertising and that helped
First a phone call interview, then a video interview with 2 separate managers, then a group interview with other candidates. Overall the process was not horrible but I recommend you do your research about the company and its competitors first and use the STAR method for your responses.
