A screening interview, where the job I applied for the parameters changed and the interviewer explained after the interview. I answered questions based on the job description that I had applied for, not what the job had become. I was told at the end my skill set didn't match what they were looking for. Which was fine as the new position I was not interested in

Interview
Phone screen followed by a group interview, first interview goes well after that no one is interested in hiring you. Seems like they have candidates picked out prior to listing the position as the group interview is a joke, disengaged people just wasting your time.

how would you handle an employee that doesn't deliver?
Phone interview with HR which led to a panel interview that included managers and director. The interview lasted approximately an hour. Be prepared to discuss your leadership qualities and style. The process overall was a positive experience.
