The interview started with a phone call to qualify. The person on the other end of nice and was reading from a script. Then we talked in person and the person I met with was asking questions from a printed script. I thought that was strange and didn't get into real detail about the job.

Interview
Phone screen followed by a group interview, first interview goes well after that no one is interested in hiring you. Seems like they have candidates picked out prior to listing the position as the group interview is a joke, disengaged people just wasting your time.

how would you handle an employee that doesn't deliver?
Phone interview with HR which led to a panel interview that included managers and director. The interview lasted approximately an hour. Be prepared to discuss your leadership qualities and style. The process overall was a positive experience.
