Interview
I got several emails from comcast recruiters to set up phone interview. I finally responded and had a phone interview two days later. She explained the job description, pay, benefits and hours. If you approve the recruiter will proceed with generic interview questions. When we were done she told me i had done very well and would be sending me the link to do the assessment. The assessment consists of four sections; one is timed. Pretty straightforward just dont hype yourself up too much because that's unrealistic. After i passed that i was set up with the face to face. Went in and waited for a while until the manager was free. It was a series of FIVE in depth questions. In the interview email they will send you a link to interview practice Tips and questions.. Use it. Every question on that site was asked and you will be well prepared. She told me that she liked me and that the recruiter would be contacting me monday or Tuesday (interview was on a Thursday) but we will see!
I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast (Santa Cruz, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was mostly scenario-based questions. It was over Zoom so that eased the stress but the scenario-based questions were a bit difficult. Overall not bad and was communicated with pretty often
It’s just a call with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. They ask your typical STAR questions you have to be very explanatory with your answers. Overall easy process.
Very informative & enlightening. Easy process & very thorough. Made me feel comfortable throughout the process, definitely my most favorite interview thus far. Comcast has been a great company to work for thus far. Great company to work for thus far. Great company to work for thus far.
