The phone interview was a pretty standard get to know you phone interview. At the end I was set up with a time and date to attend a face to face interview. There were two managers that asked me questions about my background and questions to see if I would be a good fit in their sales environment. At the end of the interview that made it clear that I would be receiving a position.
Interview with a 2 manager panel. Managers split the service area by teams. One manager over one half of the DSR team, the other covering the other team. Interview was standard questions around previous work experiences and situations.

First,Interviewed by a Comcast contractor via telephone. Second interview was via Microsoft Chat room, where one of the interviewers interviewed me w/o showing her face on the screen, said she was camera shy! Extremely unprofessional. After working Direct Sales and earning over 100,000 a year and accolades from previous sales positions. I am told I am not qualified!! I would say save yourself the time to apply. Job entails door to door sales in rain, sleet, snow, freezing cold and heat waves. A bit dangerous for women, as you will be walking in pitch black alone!!
