It was not fun, started with a phone interview with an employment agency, then had wait and wait to take assessments, then waited and waited, then had to interview and wait for offer for employment email. Just seemed like a whole lot of hassle.

Formal, interviewed with Operations Manager first then referred to CUSTOMER SERVICE
Formal interview with Operations Manager then referred to Customer service Manager for a second interview which was less formal but based on “fit” as the job was high pressure with mandatory sales goals achievement.

Interview
So far the process has been great. I have an interview on 5/17; I was informed it would be a group information session/interview.
I first submitted my app thru Indeed... got an email for me to complete the Comcast app online from Manpower.... answered about 7 prescreening questions... was sent the assessment... passed that.... received my invitation to the interview... all within a few days
