It was straightforward in their office. I visited the office in Portland and got to look around and meet some people. The office was a little dreary with no windows, florescent lights, and grey cubicles.
I Went through three interviews. A large applicant pool, group interview, a interview with all the managers of the department and then an interview with the one that picked me two weeks later.
