Entrance test before hire, back ground check, questions, finger print, drug test, orientation. Review rules and policy. The take your picture at orientation and you get your badge and start picking up shifts
The interview took place in the afternoon and was a standard process. I was asked why I wanted to this job as it is quite challenging mentally and physically. To which I replied it's all I know how to do my whole life is helping people.
