Common Sense Media Managing Editor interview questions

The interview was fairly standard. They asked in-depth questions and really tried to get a feel for why I wanted the job and if I would be a good fit with their organization. It's the first time I've applied for a non-profit, so it was a bit different from previous interviews. They did talk about salary right away, which I found to be different.
