Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Your feelings are understandable and we hear you. Our goal is to have strong communication with candidates throughout the interview process, as well as lead with transparency and honesty. We don't always get it right, and we always have room to improve, but please know our intentions are never with malice and always come from a place of positivity. With that being said, we have coached our Recruiting team on this scenario and hope to continue improving our practices so this isn't a regular occurrence.
