Compass Health interview questions

Was cold-contacted by their manager with a letter to my home; they got my info from the state counseling board which lists everyone registered with a license. I called and had an interview within a couple of days, and received a job offer a day or two after that. Was interviewed by the local program director as well as a regional director; they were very pleasant and the questions were relevant to my role as therapist (questions about therapeutic approach, and my ability to complete required documentation in an organized and timely manner). They asked about salary requirements within the interview and basically indicated within the interview that they would be offering me the job.

I could not apply online. I had to go to the facility and fill out a paper application. I knew someone who worked there and was referred to the position. I received a phone call to schedule an interview within a week. My interview was with the administrator of the facility and the nurse manager. I was somewhat warned about the nature of the patients being that it is a psychiatric facility. The company has facilities all over Louisiana. I was interviewing for the position of the weekend special which is where you work a 12 hr shift and get 4 "free" hours per shift added to your check however you work only weekends every weekend. You can not see the facility or the other workers from the office. Obviously since it is a psychiatric facility they have to take precautions to keep the patients and visitors safe. They went in depth about standards of behavior and not reacting negatively to the patients irregardless of what they do or say.
