The interview process started with an invitation to do a self-recorded video interview. This instantly put me off as it is a cold welcome to the organization. Automation in the HR process is inevitable, but it unfortunate when it is your introduction to the organization, and this is compounded when that organization is a nonprofit.
Second stage of the interview was a phone screening interview. Nothing out of left field here.

I received an email stating I had an interview and was selected to the next round. The next step is to take a video interview. It is a little awkward, but the questions are personal and less business which I can appreciate.
