Interview
Everyone was super nice, but the process was unnecessarily lengthy and grueling. Mid-level position felt like an interview for a Director level. 4 levels of interviews with requirements. It’s very disheartening to put someone through all of it and then not get offered the position. I wish they would limit it to 2 interviews and find a way to condense their questions to get the result they are hoping for. It’s tough for us as job seekers.
