Really liked the team who did the first interview.
The next interview the hiring manager also attended.
Second interview asked to prepare a presentation. Spent lots of time on it and presented it but immediately it became more of an interrogation than an interview. Wasn’t a two way experience and I knew I wouldn’t enjoy working for the hiring manager.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Computacenter in Apr 2025
Interview
Screening followed by two evaluations. The company has a weird process of posting the roles across all countries they operate and select the candidates. While you interview at India, the role will be open in the U.K and Germany. While they have opened their center in Bangalore, preferences are given to UK citizens followed by European locations as proximity to hiring manager makes lot of difference. Only reason India will be considered is cost arbitrage but otherwise preference is for Europeans due to operational comfort.
