Interview process was pretty straight forward. Company is replacing my existing employer at the site I'm assigned. Was asked about my daily interactions and the types of issues I work with end users on.

I initially accepted the offer and just asked if there was room for negotiation for salary since what they offered was a bit below what I currently make. After a few days the offer was rescinded with no real reason of why the offer was rescinded.
