I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Computacenter in Jul 2023
Interview
In der ersten Runde größtenteils persönliche Fragen. Zweite Runde wäre ein Assessment Center gewesen, doch der Termin lag so weit in der Zukunft, dass ich zwischenzeitlich ein anderes Angebot angenommen habe.
I applied online. I interviewed at Computacenter (Budapest) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very good interview, good conversation good atmosphere. They were really welcoming and seemed to be professional. HR gave me updates about the process and I received more information about the company and position. The team leader introduced his section and asked relevant questions. All in all I enjoyed the process and the approximately 60mins long conversation with the HR representative and Team Leader

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Computacenter
Interview
The interview process was not very cohesive or well thought out. I was scouted by an online recruiter and held the first call which mostly consisted of the recruiter selling the job to me. This was followed by two weeks of silence then a sudden follow up for next steps which was a little back and forth between her and the sales manager. Overall, does not make for a good image on the company and with lower than average comp ranges, seems like a waste of my time.
