I went to a career fair at school and received an interview the day after. Prepared for the interview and thought I did fairly well. Waited 3 weeks for the phone call back, and was rejected. They did seem very nice. However, the process was fairly long and I could not gauge how well I did in the interview.

Do you know the fight song for your school? Sing it.
Process involved a video interview with standard behavioral questions. Process was smooth and the interviewer was very kind and encouraging. The whole process was quite quick and I got my offer within a week of interviewing.
first round was a 30 minute call (no camera needed), second round was two back to back 30 minute interviews over Microsoft Teams. All my interviewers were really nice and conversational.

Very easy and simple. Interviewer was very easy to talk to and it felt more like a conversation rather than getting drilled with questions. Overall very smooth and simple process.
