Interview
This was a tough interview process and took 8 weeks. I was frustrated how long it took, it felt like they were dragging their feet.
The first interview was with HR and was the standard screening call along with a few questions specific to brand management. The second interview was with the hiring manager and was case style/analytical questions. Before moving onto the third round, I had to take the Watson Glaser assessment to test my critical thinking. The third interview was with the hiring manager, the VP, and 3 other employees and was supposed to be only behavioral, but I was asked some case style/analytical questions.
Like other people have said, Conagra loves the STAR method of interviewing.

Describe a change in an initiative you led and what was the outcome?
The interview process was a phone call and then an interview with the hiring manager. The manager was 15 minutes late for a 30-minute interview. Joined and said she runs interviews by asking people to review their resume and give the highlights and fails. Overall, did not like that experience. Was also told I would be expected to work at 8 pm at night....

Was dragged for 7 interviews only to be told that they went with someone else. Please don't waste people's time and make them do case study's if you dont want to hire them. I would never recommend conagra to anyone.

Recruiter Interview, Hiring Manager Interview, HR Manager, Two sets of 1 hour panel interviews, VP interview All are behavioral based; panels are case interviews as well. Interviewers do not give feedback on how you performed. If you are declined, you get a generic email which feels off when you ask for 4-5 hours of someone’s time.
