Met with 4 interviewers from various departments and was asked the basic interviewed questions. Taken on a tour with a food scientist who the position would work with closely. Finally met the Plant manager and discussed fit and what kind of person they were looking for.

This is for the Quincy, Michigan site. I did a phone screening with HR and then an on-site interview with the same HR person and hiring manager. She communicated well prior to both processes, one time replying to me at 2am which I guess is when she woke up in the middle of the night. At the end I was told the next step would be in a week for a plant tour. After a week, I emailed and reached out to her and was ghosted. She emailed me probably 10+ times prior to this, right away and late at night but then she couldn't reply just reply to one email? It's very rude to do when someone spends 3 hours driving to the interview and most of their day. After doing an on-site, people deserve more respect. Then they have been reposting this job for weeks. You ghost people then keep looking huh? Funny how that works out. Avoid this place!
