Two rounds of interviews and then got the offer. Two different interviewers but asked the exact same questions, except the second interview had less questions than the first. My second interviewer didn’t show up, so I had to reschedule with another interviewer two hours later. Only asked: Tell me about yourself and why you want to intern at Conagra and a few behavioral questions. Both interviewers were nice and much more easygoing than I expected.
