Extremely frustrating interview process. I was notified and given less than 24 hours notice for an initial HR phone screen. On the call, the HR recruiter had a very passive aggressive tone as she noted Conagra was looking for specific industry experience (which I didn't have - so why did they contact me in the first place?), refused to name the brands the role was for, and then asked if I was interested in a position one level below the one I was interviewing. Overall a subpar experience that made me think less of the company and was glad when I received an email notification weeks later that I would not be moving on in the process.
