Interview
Pre-screening over the phone with a recruiter, followed by in person interviews with the hiring manager and a group of peers. This was followed by more phone interviews with next level management. The process was very repetitive and in the end felt more canned than substantive. Over all I felt it was more a going through the motions process, rather than an actual evaluation of their needs.

At Concentra you have panel interviews. You will interview with an area operations manager. Then the Director of operations. You will also interview with whichever center you will be working for there medical director or the area medical director.

Interview
Lacking- I was contacted by a recruiter after applying for the position. We played phone tag, as he encountered last minute meetings, and misunderstood my time zone. Phone screen went well, then passed along to the hiring manager for an additional phone screen. I was told the information would be passed over to a team handing the hiring, as the hiring manager would be out for an extended period of time, and the recruiter would be in contact with me. I was told my background was ideal for the position, which seemed like a positive. Apparently they found someone with a more ideal background, as I never received additional contact.

Standard background questions, skills and abilities, using Targeted Selection process.
The initial phone interview lasted roughly 35 minutes and consisted of the usual pre-screening questions. The recruiter was very friendly and gave valuable insight into the organization and the position.
