ConceptSolutions Technical Business Analyst interview questions

Applied online, received an email from the HR Rep to set up a phone screen, passed the phone screen, set-up another phone interview, had phone interview...overall about 4 days. The phone screen went well with the HR rep. When it came time to speak with the program lead, she was 15 minutes late and seemed very unprepared. She didn't have my resume or anything readily available at first. I was qualified for the role, but she seemed a bit preoccupied. She asked me all the basic interview questions. She ended the interview abruptly by saying "oh well". So, I assumed that meant I didn't get it.
