What a joke. She started off all buddy buddy then tried to pull a bait and switch on me. I had a phone interview for Fraud Representative and she tells me all about it and the starting pay. Then, she begins to tell me about Customer Service Rep which I had 0 interest in and was $4/hour BELOW. She said something among the lines, "Fraud Rep I think is about to be filled so would Customer Service Rep be something you would be interested in?" I declined in a professional way and told her I'm strictly only looking for Fraud positions. Her tone changed and she became short and said someone will be reaching out to me soon. Yeah, right lol. I was already wary from reading reviews on here and also general internet research about this company. Looks like my gut feeling was right! She sounded like she was extremely young and inexperienced to be interviewing people.
