After an email from an HR rep I had a phone call with her. She was very kind and easy to talk to, from there my information and answers would be forwarded to the marketing manager, though I got an email a week later that they are moving forward with a different candidate. No other information. Questions were fairly generic though she did ask "how do you handle negative feedback" which always makes me wonder if thats been a big problem in the past as the examples she gave were not good forms of communication or to try to solve a problem. Had I moved forward there would have been about 4 interviews for longer durations. So hours of time commitment. Overall pay is pretty low for 5 years of experience in their location but seemed to have good benefits and structure.
