Condeco Recruiter interview questions

Three rounds of interviews. First with Andy and second with Jamie and final round with peers/Team members . Interview with on shore went pretty well and they were really nice during interview process. But India Recruitment team is quite arrogant and the way they ask questions seems to be mocking someone. Also, the vibe you get from them during interview is that they will never let anyone inside the organization. As my level of experience and package was higher then them. It doesn’t seem comfortable to give interview to same level people as it might be discouraging for them as well in terms of perks.
