You sat through a 20-minute presentation with around 20 other candidates on what the role entailed. There didn't seem much room for progression within the role from the beginning. You then completed a test that included multiple-choice personality questions and about 3 long written answer questions. During the test you were called to be interviewed, which lasted no longer than 5 minutes.
