Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview within a week. Phone interview questions included my favorite and least favorite clinical rotation, time I've dealt with a difficult patient, time I went out of my way to help a coworker, any community service work, which academy I want (medsurg, critical care, etc) and why, and finally why I thought I was a good candidate for the academy. I scheduled a face to face interview while doing phone interview. Face to face interview went very smoothly and was over within less than 15 minutes. Interviewers were extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I was notified within 3 days that I got the offer and some others received emails who were denied.
