I had a phone interview with a member of Cone Health Talent Acquisition, that lasted about 15 minutes. He was very easy to talk to and the interview was a pleasant experience. He asked a few questions, and he then determined that the pay range for this particular position was less than what I was looking for. He said that he would keep an eye out for other better paying Admin. positions that came up.
