Interview
Very unprofessional only focused on budget constraint and salary. The interview was conducted by a BDM who knows nothing about marketing, but he's the owners nephew so that sums it all.

You know we are 30 years old organization but we don't believe in marketing, but now we need it, so what makes you think that you can handle it?
