The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Confluent (Madrid)
Interview
The process was very fast and straight to the point, and honestly I prefer that rather than the classical therapy questions. I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Confluent (Vienna, VA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Great process of getting to know the team while they evaluated my technical and management skills. About 6 people in a combination of phone and zoom/video conference meetings. Well coordinated and flexible on schedule.
