Interview
One brief phone interview included very broad questions pertaining to mostly demographics. The phone interview was conducted by a human resources representative. After that, I was invited to attend a one on one interview with the principal (now former) was conducted at the Bountiful Utah office.

Question 1
How do you deal with an uncooperative coworker, tell me about a time that you had a conflict with a co worker, have you ever been tasked with a project that you didn't agree with......all negative interview questions that dealt mostly with people skills in an office environment and no questions pertaining to teaching experience.
At first you apply, them get sent a video Interview request. I am currently only on this step of the interview process, so I will know more once I have completed this step as to what follows.

Interview
Three step process. The first interview will be recorded on hirevue, the second is a timed test based on competencies, the third is a panel interview with your potential supervisors.
About one week after application, a link for a video interview was sent through email. The interview had 4-5 questions, and it had to be done in a couple of days window. If you move beyond the video interview, the school will contact you for further interview.
