Interview
The process was pretty simple, apply and then take a video interview. Once you do that, then you have a face to face. Pretty easy going interview, not intense at all. However, the salary that they offer is downright insulting and there's no room for negotiation. You can work fast food and make more money than they offer their store managers. You will never get quality people being cheap!

Interview
It was very structured. Started by the manager giving me a background on the company, the position and himself. We went over his expectations of the potential candidate and my expectations from the job. Seemed more like casual conversation or talking with a friend than an interview, which made me feel much more comfortable answering the questions.
