The interview was very friendly and chatty. Two interviewers and they just wanted to have a conversation. They wanted to learn more about me as a person rather than a candidate.

Basic questions were asked, why oil & gas and what are my interests in in career.
Online interview, friendly people. No difficult or technical questions, more behavioral questions like describe a time you had to lead a group of people...etc. I suggest to read on the company's operation and just be relaxed and friendly.
