I have applied for this role twice, both experiences were horrible. They seem to have openings often, the first time it was mentioned to me that a lot of the experienced team members had left. I've dealt with people who were rude and unprofessional as well.
For the first time I applied, I had spoken with a man and woman, the man was not dressed appropriately for an interview, he looked sloppy. And the woman arrived late to the video call. While I was speaking and answering their questions, the woman was condescending, I could hear and see her chuckling in the background.
The second time I interviewed, it was with a different man and woman. The man was very nice and professional. I could tell he actually looked at my resume, he was engaging and asked good questions, and he allowed me to shine. He made me feel comfortable. However, the woman was the exact opposite, as I was speaking, she sounded bored with her loud sighs and I could tell that she already had me stereotyped. She didn't care what I had to say, she knew already that she didn't want me to be in the role. And I could see on the video call that she was making faces at me, it makes me wonder if she was prejudice. But that made for an uncomfortable experience.
Another negative happening for the first time I applied for the role, the recruiter had me interview for another position I didn't even apply for. Most likely something they wanted to fill asap, for a Project Manager type of role. I had never had that kind of experience anywhere else I've applied to, but I don't think I'll be applying to this company again in the future.
