Initial phone screen with recuiter was scheduled not long after applying. Phone screen went well, background aligned with role requirements. Was advised will be moving to next round. A month later, still crickets and no response to follow up emails. If candidates take time out of their day to prep & interview for a role, the least you can do is send a response or even auto-reject email from the ATS.
