I had a 2 stage interview process, one to see if I was a viable candidate and another to determine whether or not to hire me. I was interviewed at the place of business in Bozeman, MT. CED had me talk to a few of the employees then sat me down for a one on one with a hiring manager. The interview was laid back with some thought provoking questions. After the interview which took an hour, I was led through the facility and shown the different sectors. After this I took a personality test and was done.
