Interview
I first received a phone call from HR as a pre-screening, and then my in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview was with two Support Team Leads, who were personable, fun and not intimidating. Having a technical background made a lot of questions easy and fun to answer, as it was obvious my job experience and knowledge exceeded their requirements for the position. I was able to listen to an employee on a live call with customers for a period of time prior to the interview, which helped me gain a better understanding of exactly what duties I'd be performing, and allowed me to better answer specific questions during the interview process.
I left the interview and received a phone call within 20 minutes offering me the position, however the start date was 2 months away to coincide with the new training class they were filling, and the selection of available schedules was severely limited.
