I was told it would be 2 rounds, The first was an in-person panel interview with typical questions. A second round with the supervisor who asked some more typical questions, but mainly just sifted through my resume and asked questions on the fly. I was then offered the job, and told they would send the offer details later that week. They then told me that upper management wanted to do one more interview, which I obliged. They then emailed me stating that they decided to not hire for the position.
