ContactUS Communications Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

A recruiter contacted me after seeing my resume on Indeed and had me come in for an interview. Open interview times made this easy, but meant that I had to wait for the recruiter to become available. After filling out an application and taking a typing skills test, I was introduced to the recruiter and sat down for a very straightforward interview. The recruiter was very open about the job and asked pertinent questions about my background, not the standard questions like "describe your biggest flaw" or "where do you see yourself within the company in 5 years". It was nice to sit down and actually meet them and learn about the company and what they do instead of trying to fill out a rote form required by a corporate office somewhere. He was honest about the pay and what the company does, so I left knowing that it was at least a genuine experience.

The interview process was fast but thorough. The recruiter makes sure you are qualified for the position. I received a call within 24 hours of applying. The recruiter sets clear expectations of the job responsibilities.
