Content Guru interview questions

All day assessment style. Company intro, everyone goes around the room and introduces themselves. Teams break out into different rooms to conduct exersices that they will present to the panel of interviewers. They monitor and take notes about everyone. They want to see who is contributing and who isn't. They told me that it was a hard decision whether to extend me an offer or not. They said they didn't believe I would be a culture fit because I desire some form of structure while they like a plain green field, which is fine. The thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that because I did not have the complete apparal they deemed appropriate, they didn't want to step on the CEO's toes. They saw someone who didnt dress as they did as a liability, and honestly that mentality could possibly pose its own liability.
