I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Continental (Iaşi) in Aug 2017
Interview
Initial phone call, Technical interview and final interview with HR and Group Leaders. Overall impression: technical interview with University questions for a candidate with 10 years experience (I find it somehow stupid), background police work and hostile questions from the employer regarding some lack of performance for 1 year out of the total of 3 previously worked for the employer, lack of professionalism, different criteria for hiring staff (candidates with relatives inside get more money and better position). On the other hand I had an interview for Continental Lindau (Germany) and they were true professionals, without doing police investigation, discussing about potential, skills and making an offer in the end.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Continental
Interview
Very simple process. One interview with hiring manager with questions about technical skills and resume and one with HR with some behavioural questions to assess seniority level. Heard back after a week with an offer
Single interview consisting of three interviewers, onsite with a call back later that week. Relatively straightforward, just spoke about individual experience as well as their product lines. Responses were honest except with regards to customer portfolio.
