Interview
For Bangalore location:
4 rounds; technical, managerial + HR together (BU head, sr. HR manager panel), final technical by Germany team with whom supposed to work together. Technical interview with Germany was scheduled post clearing interviews at Bangalore. First technical round; asked from basics to advanced level questions. Interviewer didn't bother to interrupt to shoot another question from what wasn't yet fully answered for previously asked question. Checked confidence levels too. Interviewer keen on knowing what I've done before and several questions by adding IFs in my previous experiences. Mainly on resume. Overall, it's just like a discussion than interview. Ended with smiles on both faces. Managerial and HR; checked how well I can fit into the position. Few questions about previous experience. Then, salary negotiation. Final technical by Germany team; basics, advanced, situational, cultural, behavioral... type of question changes one after the other... Very good experience- Nearly 20 questions in 50 mins.
4 Rounds of interview 1. Inductive reasoning - Online test - need to practice mock test to clear this round 2. Speaking with Hiring Manager - going thru the resume and how you fit for the role 3. Technical Interview 4. HR Interview
