The interview with HR lasted a maximum of 15 minutes and was by telephone. There were specific HR questions, to see how you think and how you handle yourself in different situations, followed by a conversation in English to test your language skills. The second and last interview consisted of an Excel test (basic stuff) followed by a discussion with the manager, to see my way of thinking and how I would handle myself in various situations.
