Interview
First they told me it will be 2 partners, then came 3. I was prepared to speak in German, but they decided to switch in English and then in German again and then again in English. They told me they will give an answer 2 weeks after the first interview, the answer didn't come and later they posted the place again as a vacancy.

I said that the university has learned me to be very organised and not a multi tasking: the hr said: we at the continental are not organised at all, can you please give some tips in how to be organised? that was like the most bas impact I have ever had on a company.
