Continuum Global Solutions Claims Representative interview questions

I applied on the company website, did the assessment, rearranged my schedule, and practiced interviwing for hours..just to be stood up for an interview. The and the recruitment team ignored phone calls, texts, and emails. I was offered and interview 2 days later for another position, and there were no timeslots to schedule one from their scheduling link. Again, everyone non- responsive. My giess is they have a very high turnover rate, hire many at once, and hired enough people so they stood me up. Either way, a complete disrespectful move on the company's part for someone's time. A huge red flag to how they'd treat me as an employee.
