I received an email from the company about three days after submitting my application. They had me do a phone interview the following week. It was about 30-40 minutes long, and felt like a full interview. My phone interviewer would have been my direct supervisor. A few days later, I was invited for an in-person interview. The front desk had difficulty paging up to the office so even though I arrived 15 minutes early, it seemed like I was late. Eventually I was brought to a conference room and interviewed by three different people in succession, each for about 30-40 minutes: someone who would have been a teammate, and two people from other departments.
All four interviewers I spoke with were friendly and welcoming, and spoke fairly candidly about the company when asked. A little over a week later, my initial interview emailed me to let me know that I did not get the job but was welcome to apply for other positions at the company in the future.
