Interview
The hiring manager reached out to me after applying through Handshake. We arranged a phone screen to discuss my background and the company. A couple of days later, we had another call to review my resume and discuss the open roles within the organization. The hiring manager advised me on where he thought I'd be the best fit and the next week, I began interviewing with a couple of engineers on the team. Each interview was about 30 minutes and a one-on-one conversation. Everyone was very professional and helpful with sharing information about their work.

Interview
One of the most unprofessional interview processes I've been involved in. I applied online and shortly received a call asking me about my background being a good fit fir the opening and received a call later the same day that I would be considered for a different opening instead. After having been asked to touch up and send in my resume multiple times, I went through an hour long interview with two senior members after having a call to be coached on how to approach the interview. Despite going through all this in a matter of weeks, I was promptly ghosted by everyone involved for months only to receive an automated rejection notice. The day I was told by the HR manager that I would hear their decision was the day I began being ghosted, keeping me pointlessly waiting for information that I would not hear personally despite building up a strong rapport. Complete waste of time and unbelievably rude to have been in contact multiple times a day for weeks just to ignore me entirely in the end. Save yourself the effort when considering applying.
