The interview process consisted of one meeting in person followed by 2 separate interviews that were over Teams. The process was very organized and accommodating! Everyone I met with was very friendly and enjoyed sharing information about the company. The decision from the interview took a couple of weeks which was longer than initially notified.

Had a 15-minute information session with a manager. We went over my resume, and I explained my experience. He said I was a perfect fit and gave me his contact information to "follow up as soon as I submit an application." I followed up and was never given a response. Months have passed and my application has never been reviewed either.

After a 40 minute interview and weeks of emailing back and forth the recruiter eventually ghosted me. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional towards me throughout the interview. Control Associates needs to treat potential candidates with more respect.
